It is important you book so we have enough artists there
You can book here:
We have 31 Bolivian children involved in this project, who have all eagerly created a portrait of an artist. We want to send each one of them a project book containing all 31 diptychs.
Not only will they own a book, but they will in it too.
How exciting is that!
(think back to when you were their age)
We would like your help.
You can sponsor a book for a child
By either coming to one of our exhibitions over the next few weeks or by completing a request in our online shop
The cost to you is a donation of £8
You get to choose* which child you want your book to go to
write them a personal message
(for online donations to sponsor a child, if you want to send the child a message, please send it separately)
* you can choose which child on a first come first served basis
So you want to support us, but you can’t afford to bid on a piece of art? So why not
buy a book
We are launching a ‘cara a cara‘ project book at the next event
at Go Figurative on
7th February 2013
The book will be bi-lingual so you and the children can read it
It will contain:
all diptychs as well as some special images
an introduction by John Bird
general info about the project.
The book will be on sale for a
minimum donation of £8
The artwork of all children and artists is now live on our auction!
All artwork is for sale in diptychs (artist:child)
You can watch a diptych, see who’s bidding on what
You can register and bid on a diptych yourself
Please bid, and donate to a good cause
Please pass the word to your friends and family
All money will go back to Bolivia to help the children involved
